We are making it easier to apply for Green Tick® Certification with Scoping and Easy-Apply Forms downloadable from the HELP page.
Our Scoping Form helps businesses define the scope of the certification they wish to be awarded. The form has three sections:
1) Applicant information
2) Ecolabel sought (Sustainable, Natural, Climate-Positive...)
3) Certification scope (products, services or projects and sites to be certified)
Once we receive the Scoping Form, we contact the Inquirer, discuss the key aspects of their application, and the types of information they need to include in it. This leads them on to the Easy-Apply Forms.
The Easy-Apply Forms help businesses prepare their applications with the Apply Direct option. The Application Form gathers key contact, product and site information, and the Supporting Information Template provides a step-by-step fill-in guide through the health, safety and environmental information needed to show compliance with the standards of the ecolabel sought.
While we still recommend that applicants without in-house expertise hire a suitably-qualified professional to help them with their application. But these forms can go a long way toward compiling the necessary information to support an application.
Once the Easy-Apply forms are complete, the applicant will have the foundations of an ISO-based health, safety and environment (HSE) management system in place.
They can then lodge their application using the Apply Direct option by email to apply@greentick.com. We can send a secure cloud link if large information files need to be submitted.
And in three years' time providing the right records are kept, renewing Green Tick® Certification will be a lot easier!
