Being a small company meant there were numerous attempts by organisations large and small to use the Green Tick® brand without authorisation, and to purloin it by bullying us and threatening legal action. Fortunately the media were with us, and the use of our own film crew, our willingness to turn up in the Public Court to defend ourselves, and eventually our copyrighted and trademarked brand put paid to most of the bandits.
